First you change the speaker and check again, still if the problem is not solved then check the speaker track, if the speaker track is missing, then put jumper in this way as shown in the picture.
After disassembling the mobile phone, check the PCB thoroughly. Check for water damage, dust or carbon. After this clean the entire PCB with a good liquid cleaner. After that check the problem carefully.
